Medical Care

Medical plans are available that give you coverage through a network of preferred physicians or you can select your own health care provider using out of network coverage. St. Jude Medical plans pay the majority of the costs. Prescription coverage is included on all medical plan options.

Dental Care

These plans offer comprehensive coverage through a network of preferred dental care providers. St. Jude Medical plans pay the majority of the costs.

Vision Care

These plans offer comprehensive coverage through a network of participating vision care providers. St. Jude Medical plans pay the majority of the costs if you use a vision care provider in the plan. A limited amount of the cost is covered for vision care providers outside of the network.

Health Care Flexible Spending Account

Lower your taxable income by reimbursing eligible and out-of-pocket medical, dental, and vision expenses on a pre-tax basis up to $5,000 a year.
