Safe Harbor Policy

It is the policy of St. Jude Medical (SJM) to respect and protect personally identifiable information which it collects or maintains. In furtherance of this commitment, SJM has certified to the US-EU Safe Harbor Agreement regarding human resources personal information. This policy document is meant to describe the principles SJM follows with respect to transfers of personal information of its Employees, whether it is in electronic, paper or verbal format, between countries in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United States.
