Whether dealing with fellow employees, customers, patients, vendors, shareholders, securities analysts, the media, or regulators, St. Jude Medical is committed to honest and fair practices and respectful dealings.

    The Code of Business Conduct applies globally to all of St. Jude Medical's units and subsidiaries. In addition to conducting its business with integrity, St. Jude Medical is committed to complying with the laws around the world that apply to our business.

    All St. Jude Medical employees are expected to be familiar and comply with the code.
