Charitable Contributions and Professional Education Program
Our Charitable Contributions and Professional Education Program provides grants to fund events, activities, and programs related to cardiac disease and treatments, as well as providing product donations for indigent patients. Physicians, hospitals, medical centers, continuing education providers, and others can request funding through our online request system.
This program is structured to help us comply with:
- Federal and state anti-kickback laws and the AdvaMed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Health Care Professionals, and
- U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) prohibitions against off-label marketing and promotion.
Complying with the anti-kickback laws and the AdvaMed Code of Ethics is critical to us and in our customer's the best interests.
