    Thomas Northenscold was named Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer in November 2007. From March 2003 to October 2007, he was Vice President, Administration, where he had responsibility for the Corporate Human Resources function. In January 2005, Mr. Northenscold shifted responsibilities, assuming the leadership of the company's global SAP implementation. Mr. Northenscold joined the company in 2001 as Vice President, Finance and Administration for the Daig Division.

    Before joining the company, Mr. Northenscold worked in finance and operations management positions in high–tech and medical–technology companies, including Cardiac Pacemakers, Inc., the cardiac rhythm management business unit of Boston Scientific.

    Mr. Northenscold holds a B.S. in management and industrial relations from Minnesota State University and an M.B.A. with a finance concentration from the University of Michigan.
