We recruit many engineering students. The engineering background or focus varies by division. We primarily look for people with biomedical, mechanical and electrical engineering degrees or experience in similar fields.

Also helpful to have is a secondary engineering focus in electrical, mechanical, software or computers.

For internships and co-ops, most hiring managers look for students who have completed their junior or senior year to ensure that the student has some lab and/or research experience.
