Do I have to upload a resume or complete the online form or can I simply e-mail you my resume?
You must upload your resume or complete the online resume form on the Submit Resume or C.V. or Modify Resume or C.V. page to officially submit your information to the HR team. We do not have a general HR e-mail address, nor do we accept resumes sent via e-mail.
Should I submit a unique resume tailored to each position I am interested in?
No. We welcome applicants to submit for more than one position, but our applicant tracking system does not allow for different versions of a resume to be submitted by the same candidate. Instead, follow the steps below on how to apply for more than one position.
How do I apply for more than one position?
- Go to the Modify Resume or C.V. page.
- Log in using your e-mail address and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, select the Forgot your password link.
- Select the new position you are interested in from the drop-down list and submit your resume or C.V.
How long will St. Jude Medical keep my resume?
We will retain your resume for a minimum of two years. You can update your information anytime.
How can I remove my resume or C.V. from consideration once I’ve submitted it for a position?
Due to U.S. government applicant tracking reporting, you cannot remove your resume once you’ve submitted it for an open position. If you want to withdraw from consideration from a position, send the following information to support@resumeware.net:
- St. Jude Medical (as the company you are applying to)
- Your name as it appeared on the resume you submitted
- Job requisition number or job title
- Your e-mail address
I cannot find a job that was posted previously on the St. Jude Medical Web site.
If you cannot find a job on the list of open positions, this may be because the position has been cancelled or filled. If you saw the position on a third party Web site, the information may not be up to date or accurate.
If you are certain the position remains open, we recommend clearing your cache. See the instructions on this page.

I've forgotten my username. How do I log in?
To modify your resume, you need a username and password. Your username is the e-mail address you used when you first submitted your resume.
If you can’t remember your password, select the Forgot your password link and the system will provide your password via e-mail. The e-mail address and the password are case sensitive and may include spaces or special characters.
I’ve forgotten my password. How do I log in?
Go to the Modify Resume or C.V. page. Select the Forgot your password link. The system will provide your password via e-mail.
I requested that you Forgot your password, but didn’t receive an e-mail message with the information. How do I log in?
Check your bulk mail or spam folder if you do not see the e-mail message in your inbox. If you find the e-mail message in your bulk mail or spam folder, add the domain resumeware.net to the safe sender list by following your e-mail provider’s instructions. If you continue to have problems, send the following information to support@resumeware.net:
- St. Jude Medical (as the company you are applying to)
- Your name as it appeared on the resume
- Your e-mail address
I received my password, but it is not working. How do I log in?
Please note that the username (your e-mail address) and password are case sensitive and may include spaces or special characters. We recommend copying and pasting the information directly from the e-mail message into the appropriate fields.
I entered my information and clicked submit, but the system is telling me that a profile with my information is already saved. How do I access my profile?
If you previously submitted your resume using an e-mail address you can no longer access, send the following information to support@resumeware.net:
- St. Jude Medical (as the company you are applying to)
- Your name as it appeared on the resume
- Your old e-mail address

When I attempt to modify my resume or C.V., the fields are blank. How do I get the previously entered information to display?
I see a popup stating that cookies must be enabled. How do I enable cookies?
If you log in to your resume and all of the fields you previously entered are blank, you may need to adjust your cookies settings. The system uses cookies for accessing data and for some of the job search functions. Cookies are deleted when you close your Web browser. If you have any personal firewall software or third party toolbars (Yahoo, Google, AOL, etc.) that block cookies, you will either need to turn off the blocking feature or set the toolbar to allow cookies from resumeware.net.
For more details on enabling cookies, visit: http://www.google.com/cookies.html.
Why can't I upload my resume?
Acceptable file formats are: .doc, .pdf, .rtf or.txt. If you experience problems uploading your resume or receive an error message, check to make sure the file isn’t open in another application. Files that include many graphics or in which there are macros may not upload. Or, if the file has a virus, the system will likely reject the upload. In addition, third party toolbars can interfere with uploading.
If you aren’t able to upload your resume, you can copy the information from your file and paste it into the appropriate fields in the online form.
How can I make my resume keep the original formatting?
Special fonts and formatting are removed when you add your resume using the plain text feature. This is because HR uses keyword searches to find applicants for open positions. The formatting must be removed to enable these searches. If you are considered for an interview, you can discuss with your HR representative the best way to provide a formatted resume.
