In her seven years with the company, Jenny says that what makes St. Jude Medical different from other companies is our sense of professionalism and high team spirit. But, she says, what makes St. Jude Medical special is the open-minded culture and high tech product line coupled with the ability to help people around the world.

“Bring your heart to your work” is Jenny's advice to today’s career seekers. “Be professional and sincere. Be willing to share your experiences and to directly address any mistakes.” She is certainly living her words. Through her work Jenny has built a volunteer team to help people in the Hong Kong area and developed new ideas for patient education, including patient support groups and a traveling educational event.

Jenny is proud that she was certified in the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners exam in 2008, and has been nominated to be a St. Jude Medical ambassador in 2007, 2008 and 2009. She credits her manager with supporting her success, though his willingness to let her try many solutions until she finds one that works. She values their open discussions and her manager's willingness to listen.
