There are instances where equipment in a home, workplace or other environment may produce levels of electromagnetic interference (EMI) capable of interfering with an implanted pacemaker or ICD. Important Information for Pacemaker Patients
St. Jude Medical discovered a low-frequency anomaly in software used in certain programmers. This issue has been resolved with new programmer software released in December 2006. Read the archive of the original announcement.
