This two-day program is designed for cardiology fellows who intend to begin an EP fellowship program and EP fellows looking for more hands-on training. Under the guidance of recognized expert educators in the field of EP, attendees will gain an overview of arrhythmia management tools, implantable devices and patient management strategies. Participants will have access to advanced, tactile feedback simulators that provide the look and feel of wire, introducer and leads, as well as catheter manipulation with full visualization of imaging, hemodynamic and 3D mapping inter-connectivity. Both didactic and one-on-one instruction are provided throughout the course with heart dissection, access and ablation simulations, along with discussions about case review and patient care conducted for critical decision making and proper handling skills.
Audience: Second-year and third-year cardiology fellows and first-year EP fellows
